While we congratulate recently engaged couples, the property does not operate as a Wedding Venue. We welcome you to capture your pre-ceremony moments on the property and provide your special friends and family members overnight accommodations.

A Reservation Deposit (equal to half of the Total Rental Fee) is required to secure rental period. This Reservation Deposit will be applied toward the balance of the Total Rental Fee and is due upon signing Rental Agreement. In case of cancellation, the Reservation Deposit is non-refundable.

A Security Deposit is required for all rentals in the amount of $5,000.00. This additional $5,000.00 is due upon signing Rental Agreement. This amount may be changed from time to time as deemed necessary by Owner, in its sole discretion, to protect the Property from damage and to promote good relations with neighbors. The Security Deposit may not be applied to Renter’s final payment but will be returned within thirty days after Rental Period expires, less damages, cleaning charges, and additional fees if applicable, considering that all terms of Rental Agreement are satisfied and Owner agrees that the Property was left in acceptable condition.

The Total Rental Fee applies only toward use of property for overnight rental accommodations. Renter is responsible for any and all fees associated with additionally requested services including but not limited to reservation fees, coordinating fees, service fees, production fees, and all other fees for any services rendered during, or in preparation for, Rental Period.
